Our story began on November 9, 2022, thanks to the matchmaking skills of our friends Casey and Ashley Moye, along with Brennan Smith. Little did we know their efforts would lead to something truly special.

We officially met in person on November 13, 2022 and there was an undeniable connection between us—a connection neither of us had ever experienced. However, after nearly three months of dating, we realized the timing simply was not right for either of us.

Although we went our separate ways for a while, the memory of our special connection lingered. We both knew deep down there was something greater at play—God had a plan.

In May 2023, Jonathan worked up the courage to reach out and reconnect with Joy. And from that moment on, our love story truly began to unfold.

Since then, our relationship has blossomed; filled with laughter, shared dreams, and unwavering support for each other. Together, we have embraced life's happiness and challenges, knowing we are meant to walk this journey hand in hand.

Heading into this new chapter in our lives, we are grateful for God's grace and love that has brought us here and we are excited for the future that awaits us.

We cannot wait to celebrate our love and commitment surrounded by our cherished family and friends.
